Please contact Gail directly via the contact page. She will be happy to work collaborativly to build you a custom piece you will love.
Once you are happy with the quote, Gail requests a 20% deposit before she gets started.
Once the artwork is near completion Gail will share photos of your 'work in progress' for your approval. You can submit one round of changes, suggestions, or tweaks if necessary.
Once happy, the balance of payment will then be paid to Gail. The deposit will be deducted from the final price so you only have to pay the 80% balance. After that, I carefully deliver the artwork to your home or office.
Payment is received through PayPal.
Returns
There is a 7-day return policy. The 20% deposit is non-refundable if you choose to return the piece. So if you decide the painting for whatever reason the painting is not for you Gail will return 80% of what you have paid.
It is at your cost to ship the artwork back to Gail in the same condition as you received it and then a refund of 80% of the amount paid will be refunded to you. The 20% goes to the artist in full to cover the material costs.
