This is one of a series of artworks done from a trip to The Mornington Peninsular (pre covid). I was painting at Rye Beach (Back Beach) and loved every moment of being there, although there were a few flies! The painting was started outside (pleinair) and finished back on return to the studio. It was painted in oil paint on a primed circular board.
